In short: try the product free for 30 days before you pay. Payments are non-refundable, and you can cancel at any time; your subscription stays active until the end of the paid period.
1. Try before you pay
We offer a free trial (currently 30 days) with all of the product’s features and no payment details, so the Customer can make sure the service fits before subscribing.
2. No refunds
Subscriptions are paid in advance, and all payments are non-refundable, including:
- periods that have started, whether or not the service was used;
- the remaining days of a period after cancellation;
- differences when downgrading a plan or reducing the number of employees or users;
- automatic renewals if the subscription was not cancelled before the renewal date.
3. Exceptions
We will refund the relevant amount in the following cases:
- a duplicate charge or a charge for the wrong amount;
- an extended period during which we are unable to provide the paid service for reasons on our side without a fix;
- any case in which applicable law in the Customer’s country requires a refund.
Refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record, to the original payment method. The time it takes to appear depends on your bank.
4. Cancellation
- You can cancel at any time from your account or by contacting us.
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the paid period and will not renew after that.
- After the subscription ends, data is kept for up to 90 days so you can renew or request a copy, as described in our Terms of Service.
5. Changing plans
Upgrades are available at any time and the price difference may be prorated for the remaining period. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal.
